Oasis Academy Warndon receive royal mail
A year 5 pupil at Oasis Academy Warndon received a lovely letter to school from Her Majesty the Queen on Tuesday 8th March 2022.
Jenson decided he would write The Queen and send her a PowerPoint presentation based on her seventy-year Sovereign of England to celebrate her upcoming Platinum Jubilee this year. Just a week later he received his every own response from her, to which thanked him for a splendid letter and PowerPoint
Dear Jenson,
The Queen wishes me to write and thank you for your letter and splendid PowerPoint presentation which you send to Her Majesty on the occasion of the Platinum Jubilee.
The queen was glad to hear from you and, although unable to reply to you personally. Her Majesty greatly appreciates the care that has been taken to make this presentation especially for her.
I am to thank you again for your message of good wishes to The Queen to this, her Platinum Jubilee year.

The Platinum Jubilee took place on Sunday 6th February 2022 but major celebrations will be taking place from Thursday 
2nd June to Sunday 5th June 2022.
