Why choose to train at Oasis?

We are one of the largest Multi-Academy Trusts in England.

We were established in 2004 with a vision to create "Exceptional Education at the Heart of the Community" and have since grown into a family of 52 academies. We currently serve over 28,000 young people, 49% of whom are from disadvantaged backgrounds and 31% speak English as an additional language. Oasis is at the forefront of educational innovation and cutting edge research with outcomes in the primary sector increasing year on year. Oasis Academy Warndon has consistently produced results above the national expectations and is an exciting place to learn to teach.

We are determined to raise the educational bar for all our students and to close the educational gap that exists between disadvantaged students and their more privileged counterparts. All of our academies and staff Oasis Community Learning become part of the Oasis family of charities, established on five continents. This means there are lots of opportunities to get involved and to make impact beyond your academy, at both a local and global level.

The exceptional education we offer is a starting point for providing so much more within our Hubs and communities.
We believe that this wider inclusive experience is not only an important feature of our academies, it is the unique selling point of Oasis Community Learning.
