National Institute of Teaching
Oasis Community Learning is now recruiting to train the next generation of teachers through the National Institute of Teaching's ITT programme.
As founding partners of this new organisation, we are excited about collaborating with three other leading school trusts. Together, we have selected what is best from our trusts' initial teacher development and built an immersive programme to equip our cohort of future teachers to inspire and develop children across the country.
The NIoT takes the view that every minute of teacher training should be valuable and they provide the support to help those newest to the profession at every step of the way.
Teaching is an immensely rewarding career, where you use your skills to inspire young people and give something back to the community. There aren't many careers where you play such a role in other's lives, and get the chance to make a difference to the development of children and young adults.
Competitive Salaries and Benefits
A teacher can earn a competitive salary. You have a generous pension and can receive a bursary of up to £26k while you train.
Career Progressions and Quality of Life
